PCS Outreach Ministries is a faith-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and communities through education, mentorship, life skills, and community engagement. Founded in 2006 by President Priscilla Sapp-Kirkland and built upon the legacy of her parents’ ministry, we continue to serve with Godly principles, integrity, and compassion. Our mission is to restore hope, foster equity, and create opportunities that improve lives through innovative programs, music, advocacy, and outreach events. At PCS Outreach Ministries, we believe in building safe, loving spaces and lasting relationships that strengthen the social, emotional, and spiritual well-being of underserved communities locally and globally.
