PCS Outreach Ministries is a faith-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals, strengthening families, and transforming communities through education, mentorship, life-skills training, emotional intelligence and leadership development, and meaningful community engagement.
Established in 2006 by Founder & President Priscilla Sapp-Kirkland and rooted in the enduring legacy of her parents, PCS Outreach operates with integrity, compassion, and strong values at its foundation. For over 20 years, the organization has faithfully served hundreds of families each year through intentional, year-round outreach initiatives, strategic community programs, and impactful events designed to restore hope, foster equity, and create life-changing opportunities for underserved communities and all people.
Operating in various communities within Pensacola and surrounding areas, PCS Outreach is committed to meeting immediate needs while promoting long-term growth and sustainable impact. We build safe, nurturing environments, bridge opportunity gaps, and cultivate lasting relationships that strengthen the social, emotional, and spiritual well-being of individuals and families.
Our faith is fully in Jesus Christ, and our work reflects His love through service, leadership, and generational community transformation.
